Goon sleeping in her box. And Dallas tried to fight a dog on his walk earlier. Nice sunny day. And a not so fun 20 mile trail run. But last 20 mile run officially this time. We somehow were 2 weeks short on our training log so todays 16 mile run turned into a 20 to get back on track blah!
